Follow your order, from preparation to delivery.
1. Check your shipping email
When your order is dispatched, your shipping confirmation includes tracking details where available. Open the carrier link in that email for updates. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
2. Allow time for the first scan
A tracking number may be created before the carrier scans the parcel. Updates can take time to appear after dispatch.
3. Need us to check?
Email support@macysclub.com with your order number and checkout email. We can help locate tracking details or investigate a delay.
Estimated timings
Preparation: 2–4 business days. Delivery: an estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
